My cooking demonstration skills actually begin at about the age of 10 when after watching Graham Kerr, the Galloping Gourmet present a cooking show on television. From that day forward I developed a passion for doing the same and have been doing it one way or another every since, whether live in front of an audience, live in front of a TV or video camera or taped for video or TV.

I have the ability to demonstrate several recipes or skills and techniques in a short time frame and weave into the demonstration humour, interesting hints and tips, product knowledge and valuable information all while actually preparing and cooking ingredients.

I can plan and create your next cooking demonstration for a trade show, staff training, online video, television commercial, or whatever you require. I can organise for your audience to have samples to taste and recipes and workbooks to take away.

A flat fee cannot be quoted for this service as it depends on the length of the presentation(s), whether samples are required, how many recipes are to be demonstrated, the complexity of those and the preparation required to finalise a quote.
