My work in culinary media has been recognised with three Food Media Awards (2004, 2006, and 2010), awarded for excellence in food communication through BiteSize Cooking and Victoria's Kitchen on 2GB with Chris Smith. BiteSize Cooking aired nationally on over 70 radio stations between 2005 and 2014, while Victoria’s Kitchen featured weekly from 2003 to 2007. I was also a regular contributor to 2GB’s Fishing Show and Murray Wilton’s weekend program, delivering engaging cooking segments to a broad and loyal audience.
