I led a global team of up to 30 offshore contractors, delivering multilingual training and managing remote workflows with precision. I also provided coaching and professional communication training to legal and accounting professionals, helping them refine public profiles and client engagement. From live cooking demos to corporate media strategies, this period deepened my expertise in communication, production, and education — and sharpened the organisational and strategic thinking I bring to every role today.

In this contracted maternity leave role at Oxley College, I returned to the classroom as a TAS teacher, delivering engaging Food and Textiles Technology programs that blended traditional skills with digital innovation. Drawing on my 28 years in consultancy, I brought a modern lens to curriculum delivery, embedding technology and creating fully digitised lessons in Canvas LMS. My focus on student engagement, differentiated instruction, and inclusive learning ensured each lesson was both accessible and inspiring. I maintained strict safety standards in practical settings while using digital tools to enhance clarity and assessment. This role demonstrated my adaptability, technical proficiency, and continued commitment to delivering high-quality, future-focused teaching.

After completing my contract at Oxley College, I returned to the Department with a temporary relief teaching role at Moss Vale High School. This position enabled me to deepen my expertise in learning differentiation, professional learning facilitation, and instructional technology coaching within a busy high school setting. I taught across all Key Learning Areas, coordinated mandatory government assessments including NAPLAN, Best Start and National Minimum Standards, and led the production of virtual and live assemblies, particularly during COVID lockdowns. I earned my Canvas Certified Educator and Canvas Certified Technical Administrator certification, in 2023. Leveraging these qualifications, I have supported colleagues through professional learning sessions focused on Canvas LMS course design, differentiated teaching, and technology integration — helping to build a collaborative, forward-thinking educational community.
